An atmospheric setting underneath one of London’s busiest railway stations makes for a more unusual night out at the cinema. The Underground Film Club is held in the vaults of Waterloo Station, which feature a vast labyrinth of Victorian brickwork chambers. The cinema may be called an ‘underground’ club, but there are some well-known classics on show. The New Year kicks off with The Big Lebowski (January 7) and Pulp Fiction (January 8), with Blade Runner later in the month (January 14). Film club membership costs £36 and includes two free tickets, discounts and special member benefits.
