One of London’s smallest houses goes on sale for £600k

A tiny house that is one of the smallest homes in London has gone on the market for staggering £600,000.

The 290 sq ft (26 m²) home in Chelsea is priced at about three times the average UK house price – and could end up selling for even more.

In addition to the price tag, the home is in need of major renovation, according to the Evening Standard newspaper.

Estate agent Douglas and Gordon described the house as a “proper Chelsea gem”, describing it as “an utterly charming one-bedroom cottage quietly situated on one of Chelsea’s prettiest streets, overlooking St Luke’s Gardens”.
