2. The Wellesley
With just 36 suites, The Wellesley is perfect for those after a more intimate, but no less luxury stay in London. Housed in a 1920s townhouse, which was also once used as an Underground station, the beautifully restored building now boasts classy Art Deco interiors and plush rooms. There’s an opulent Jazz Lounge, a small restaurant called The Oval, and outdoor cigar terrace.
